 Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our shipping policy explains how orders are delivered to customers and what they can expect after placing an order.

• Delivery times: Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the type of product, the delivery address and stock availability.
• Delivery charges: Delivery fees may apply depending on the order value, location and delivery option selected. Any applicable fees will be shown during checkout.
• Delivery areas: We deliver to selected areas within South Africa. Some remote locations may take longer to reach or may have additional delivery charges.
• Delivery days: Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Saturday during normal business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Receiving an order: Customers must provide a correct delivery address and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.
• Delayed deliveries: Delivery times may be affected by high order volumes, public holidays, bad weather or other unexpected circumstances.
• Marketplace products: Items supplied by third-party sellers may have different delivery arrangements and estimated delivery dates.
• Failed deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or the address is incorrect, an additional delivery attempt or charge may apply
